Adjustable docklevelers to be Kelley Atlantic Model ______________. ______long by______wide, (30,000 lbs.) (40,000 lbs.) capacity per ANSI MH14.1-1987. To be fully mechanical, requiring no manual lifting to operate. To have spring counter-balance system. Lip to automatically extend when dockleveler is walked down and to be soft retracting fully yieldable. Manually retracting legs provide full rated capacity at dock level and will allow lowering of ramp below dock level without extending lip. Fully welded continuous rear hinge assembly, no pinch point. Automatic night locks. Full operating range toe guards with black and yellow safety striping, maintenance strut and two heavy duty dock bumpers. To meet ANSI MH14.1-1987 standards and C.S. 202-56 standards.

Operation

Pulling chain releases hold-down mechanism, Dockleveler rises, lip remains pendant behind protective bumpers.
Operator walks out on ramp, lowering it to truck bed. Lip automatically extends during first few inches of downward movement.
Loading/unloading proceeds.
Lip automatically retracts to protected position.
In stored position, ramp is fully supported by lip saddles (night locks).

Working (Service) Range

6' and 8' models (19" frame)
12" below grade, 12" above.
10' model (23" frame)
12" below grade, 15" above

Optional Features

Foam insulated ramp.
Abrasive skid-resistant ramp & lip surface.

Eighteen or twenty inch lip. Note - longer lips reduce capacity and working range above grade and increases working range below grade.
