The V Seal is designed with a unique "V" shaped side pad that provides "2-sided sealing". This dock seal seals the gap between trailer walls and swing out doors. The "V" seal seals on the outside surface of the swing door and on the edge of the trailer door hinge. This soft, compression foam surface conforms to the hinge gap area while providing better access to the trailer's interior.

Summary of Features

The VS Model is a three sided foam compression seal and provides the best seal possible. This model should be used when the dock height and the door height combined, are (13) thirteen feet or less off of grade.

VS - Foam dock seals shall be VS Series as manufactured by Kelley Tufseal, W183 S8253 Racine Ave., Muskego, WI 53150, to fit door opening ______" wide by ______" high. The base cover fabric shall be TS-55 super fabric and ____________ in color. The wear pleats on the head pad shall be TS-55 super fabric and ___________ in color. Wear pleat exposure shall be WP3 (3" exposure). The wear face fabric on the side pad face shall be TS-55 super fabric and ___________ in color. This unit shall include a compressible foam head pad and "V" shaped side pads for "2 sided sealing" capability.

The VSH Model has foam compression sides with an adjustable fabric curtain. This model should be used when the dock height and the door height combined, are higher than (13) thirteen feet off of grade.
